Tonight we’ll take a look at the growing controversy — should the Feds have oversight of the Internet? Why? Will legislation result in a loss of First Amendment rights of the broadband Internet service providers (ISPs)? Dr. Daniel Ballon, a Policy Fellow in Technology Studies at the Pacific Research Institute has some answers.
