With sixteen years experience as a member of and consultant to the Bank, Steve uses fraud investigations, internal reports and project documents to uncover deception and conflicting agendas as billions are wasted each year on ill-conceived programs, dysfunctional government institutions and foreign officials with a history of looting national treasuries.
