When it’s a Republican candidate’s “turn” at the GOP presidential nomination, I guess it’s REALLY his “turn”.  Nothing can stop it.  Not a decade of agenda betrayals, not “walking across the aisle, putting on the other team’s uniform, and singing the other team’s fight song,” not serial, dripping contempt for his own party and its elected and rank & file members, not profanity-laced tirades - N-O-T-H-I-N-G.  Can you imagine if the Democrats operated like this?  Oh, yeah, that’s right, there’s “Hillary’s inevitability” - and it’s looking more and more like Barack Obama’s taking her the distance, isn’t it?

On the bright side, I guess this singular mass psychosis gives Mitt Romney a 2012 get-out-of-”jail”-in-perpetuity card.  And he’ll probably need it against Mike Hulkaburger.
