Reading carefully the Obama/McCain tribute piece at the Ny Times:
“The results of the Rockefeller Center focus group before the Democratic debate in September at Dartmouth may be instructive. Mr. Obama’s stock dropped after he stood shoulder to shoulder with more experienced rivals.
“His talking about his work in the state legislature while another candidate is talking about negotiating with the North Koreans was a turnoff,” Professor Shaiko said. “They found him coming up short on experience.”

DRUDGE has the alert flashing at his site this afternoon, blasting the news that New Hampshire’s secretary of State is worried about running out of voter ballots in today’s Primary race.
We’re keeping a sharp eye on the developments in that state’s voting results, and when we go on the internet stream tonight at 9, the polls will have been closed for an hour.
Opening the program tonight — our man on the ground in Manchester John Pratt who will be coming to us live from the Clinton Campaign HQ. He’s our eyes and ears and will have the very latest for us, as it looks like Obama is about to slam Hillary to the mat once more.
Later in the show, we’ll be talking to Gardner Goldsmith, a fixture in New Hampshire radio, who’ll give us a Granite State perspective on the primary, the candidates, and the libertarian leanings of his fellow New Hampshire residents.
Goldsmith, a local columnist, hosts a statewide radio program and is the co-author of a new book Live Free Or Die.
Don’t miss it! The NH Primary Night party gets underway at 9 EST, and the phone lines will be open to pick up where we left off last night with more lively political talk. The “on the air” light begins blinking at 9.
