Today at 6PM Eastern my special guest is Dr. Luis Fleischman, and we will discuss Chavez’s proposed reforms to the Venezuelan constitution.

Dr. Fleischman is an advisor to the Menges Hemispheric Security Project at the Center for Security Policy in Washington DC. He is also an adjunct professor of Political Science and Sociology at Wilkes Honor College at Florida Atlantic University.
