TONIGHT AT 9 - “A CONVERSATION WITH ANDREA AND …

It’s said that timing is everything. When he wrote his first novel “The Jericho Gambit”, retired Army Colonel Frederick “Bud” Meyers Jr. was right on the beat. The techno-thriller, written about an Islamic terrorist attack, hit the book shelves just before 9/11.

MEYERS, a highly experienced US Army officer, strikes the top of the hour again with the second in his trilogy — “Cry Judas”, which takes up where the first one left off.

The story begins at Sunny Point, N.C. in November 2000, when Islamic extremists of the Fedayeen have failed in their mission to attack a U.S. military installation near Cape Fear. The novel takes you on a frighteningly wild Islamo-fascist ride from there.

Bud joins me tonight on my radio webcast program to talk about both novels, his experiences that led him to write them, and his predictions for what lies ahead — both in the world of fiction and of reality.

We get underway at 9 p.m. ET — and in case you miss it, ALL my shows are archived for your convenience.

Hit the button below at 9 to hear us live. (Hit it before then and you’ll hear last night’s archived show guest co-host David Marron — author of Thunder Run, a military blogsite — and me talk about what’s really going on in Iraq — what you’re NOT being told on the nightly news.)
