The Headline Tells The Story

The headline of this Yahoo News/AP story is quite telling:
Senate expected to pass troop exit bill

My emphasis. If you were under the impression that this bill was about funding for the troops, well, you would be wrong. The funding is only being used as a political football to push the agenda of surrender and defeat.
