The Fall Of Civilization

The world is slowly being engulfed by the Islamic wave of hate.  The a picture of the future of America is being previewed in Europe as diversity is turning slowly into socialism and Sharia Rule.  Before you know it your life will be more controlled than the current scrutiny of political correctness, and it is the treasonist activities of the liberal left, and more specifically Reid and Pelosi, that is enabling such a scenario.

Evil people are not only killing our soldiers, but innocent civilians as well.  We are in a battle to keep such madness from reaching the United States, and as we wage the war in Iraq we have elected officials that spout with their corrupt mouths that the war in Iraq is lost.

The liberals have been proclaiming these things for quite a while, actually.  It began with, “The president lied to you,” when Saddam had succeeded to get the weapons of mass destruction that we knew were in Iraq out of the country before we arrived.  From that point the left has waged war against the Bush Administration and have jabbed at anyone that does not lean so far to the left that they are laying on their side.  Then the liberal Democrats claimed that the “war is being illegally waged.”  Now, with Reid and Pelosi in the lead, the left has proclaimed that the “War in Iraq cannot be won.”  But if you call them unpatriotic, they grow angry, and say that they have the troops’ best interests in mind.

Tokyo Rose waged psychological warfare on our troops way back during World War II.  The key points she used to wage this warfare was that the president lied to you, the war was illegal, and that the war against Japan was unwinnable.  Oh, and at the end of the broadcasts she would also tell our troops that she was in their corner.

The treason of the Democratic Party knows no bounds.  They are in denial because of the poison they have convinced themselves of as being the truth.

Political Pistachio considers them nuts, and is here to crack them one by one.

They never poll me on a Monday, a Tuesday…

New WSJ poll:

“As the Democrat-controlled Congress and the White House clash over an Iraq spending bill, with President Bush vowing to veto it because it contains withdrawal deadlines, the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds that a solid majority of Americans side with the Democrats.

In addition, a nearly equal number believe that victory in Iraq isn’t possible, and about only one in eight think the war has improved in the three months since Bush called for a troop increase there.

“They don’t see the surge working,” says Democratic pollster Peter D. Hart, who conducted the survey with Republican pollster Neil Newhouse. Instead, they are saying “we need to get out.”

Hmmmm, poll was conducted when?

April 20 (Friday) through 23 (Monday), when it’s well known conservatives (true Republicans) are NOT home as we have more to do than Liberals who do stay home and answer phones.

Still, fact is that the administration hasn’t done a great job in getting the successes of the surge out, and there have been significant successes. Americans don’t need a lot to help to make them believe, but remember that they are deluged every night by only the negative side of the story.

Winning a war is more than just killing bad guys, it’s also about winning the hearts the Nation to the cause. In every war there has been a significant effort to win this battle at home, but since Vietnam when the antiwar left won the propagada war via the liberal media, it hasn’t been easy. Unfortunately this administration seems at times completely enept in promoting their passion for victory to the American people - who I believe above all else want to win.

Gonzalez Has Hidden Talents?

I featured The American Thinker’s Chief Investigative Correspondent Clarice Feldman on my innaugural BRT show yesterday and she gave a spirited defense of the AG, mainly for his excellent work in building up the counter-terrorism and counter intelligence capabilities of the government.

Clarice worked at DOJ for many years and would know these things so I have no reason to doubt her. However, watching Mr. Gonzalez at the hearing trying to defend himself was like sitting in a classroom while some sadistic teacher deliberately ran his fingernail down the blackboard; pretty painful to listen to.

You can catch Clarice’s comments from The Rick Moran Show here:

Fausta’s Blog Talk on immigration

First I want to thank Ed for inviting me.

You can listen to Fausta’s Blog Talk regularly on Mondays at noon.

During the last two podcasts I’ve been discussing immigration, with Pieter Dorstman of Peaktalk, and with Siggy of Sigmund, Carl and Alfred. I was also Captain Ed’s guest in his new BTR show, and we also discussed immigration.

In other podcasts I’ve discussed inbed reporting with Michael Fumento, and other topics like books, the Middle Ages, and Israel.

Blog Talk Radio is great fun, and the show goes on, even when my guest Siggy had to do the hosting for me since my modem got flooded.

It’s a pleasure and an honor to be part of Blog Talk Radio.
